GM was excellent!
Rey, the general manager of Marriot was great! We had to stay a night in Chicago because American Airlines was delayed and we missed our connecting flight in Chicago so we had accommodation to stay here. Rey made us feel so much better after a long and crazy day. I would come and stay here next time I’m in Chicago to come visit Rey.

Airport Shuttle
After a trying time at Chicago O’Hare Airport we were forced to spend an unexpected night stay at Marriott Chicago O’Hare. The fine gentleman who drove our shuttle was a shining star in an otherwise disappointing evening. He was friendly and extremely outgoing. Deserving of accolades he refused to accept a proffered tip. A sterling employee who deserves praise.

Ray , Fernando And Mohammad 🥰 Marriott you are so lucky to have these people working with you 🥰 for some one travelling for over 26 years and dealing with people is my work and I'm socially very smart Ray , Fernando and Mohammad they don't stop impress me with the great customer service skills they have . They are kind , attentive, care for the smallest details about the customer Helping in all ways . What ever you ask them for there is no impossible they find you a way solving you issue . I love and prefer to stay in Marriott Chicago O'Hare for these people . And most they really make you feel home you don't feel a stranger at all . Thank you guys for always taking care of us . Your hard excellent outstanding work is highly appreciated. God bless you All .

Best time of my life
I love this MARRIOTT I have been to several and the service from Jasmin, Luis, Mohammed, Ulisis and lovely was nothing short of amazing! If you are looking for the best Marriott in Chicago, please look no further you have found the right spot! The customer service brought tears to my eyes. I want to think everyone for being so polite and making my stay wonderful.
