- • Sadly the room was in need of updating, the bathroom especially was in a pretty poor state of repair, the toilet pan rocked backwards & forwards which was a bit disconcerting, it could have been somewhat cleaner too. So the offering was expensive for what we experienced
We were poorly served as there was no willingness from the accommodation to assist us even though they knew we were in another country
They did not hold the reservation even though it was paid, they gave it to another guest without informing us, causing inconvenience and additional expenses
