- • They had cut back on staff due to low occupancy so everything was slow or cut back like the bar it was only 4-9. We had no hot water and then no water at all when it was turned off for repair. They did not inform us of this, the only way you would have known is if you had seen the piece of paper laying flat on the reception desk which none of our party of 9 noticed. 11pm when we returned we still had no hot water until the following day. The hotel offered us a room switch but it was 11pm and too late to move. We found the staff quite rude and unhelpful and just passed the buck to booking.com, who after contacting have not replied to us and seem pretty useless as well.
