- • I lost valuable jewelry at the hotel. The hotel staff and management were very rude. Does the hotel have no responsibility at all? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with the worst service quality.

- • Minor gripe is that it’s the first time I have stayed in a high-end hotel where the European breakfast doesn’t offer cheese and cold meats. It’s a bit disappointing when NZ has some of the best cheeses in the world.
Cosy stay
The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, I loved how the room had its own hair straightener which was a lovely little touch and where it was situated was so close to the CBD everything in walking distance

- • The hotel has very minimal parking so you kind of have to pay for valet otherwise you may have to walk a way, and the room was slightly smaller than I expected.
