- • Poor attention in general. Annoying noises and dirt on the floor where we were assigned. Laundry service is slow, if I don't ask for the clothes, they don't take them. There is no free cancellation. Be careful. I had another reservation and due to medical problems of those who were supposed to arrive, they did not allow free cancellation. I requested transportation service from the airport via booking and they never responded.

I thought they had already charged my card ... well, no, I gave a gift to my brother and when he arrived they told him that the card owner had to be present ummmm then what did he have to do, pay... with his card...... I didn't like that... the reservation was under my brother's name and supposedly it was already paid for... but no... in short, my brother had to pay...

- • The service compared to last year has changed, the reception at the entrance is almost non-existent, they did not help us with the luggage until the reception, at breakfast you have to serve yourself the hot drink... another issue is that the service in the restaurants is very slow, the food is very tasty...
