Good, but not excellent
The excellent attention of the staff in charge, very attentive and concerned about the guests, and the quality of the breakfasts, although it has decreased compared to 6 or 7 years ago when it was EXTRA Outstanding

- • The inconvenience of having only one elevator with more than 6 out of service due to ongoing renovations. (Sheraton Four Seasons.) The breakfast staff's attention is unprofessional as in the 16 days we were there, the table never had a spoon for tea or coffee! Low variety of bread (runs out very quickly) (poor frequency of restocking products that run out). The bathroom towels are very small, old, and very rough, to the point of damaging the skin, they seem like sandpaper! The DirecTV has a basic programming with very few available channels as 50% of them say "no signal".
