Thank you for finding my jewelry!
The hotel is wonderful, rooms are good size, and the location is the best for San Diego if you want to be close to Sea Port Village and harbor port. We enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty every morning. But most importantly, I forgot my jewelry in the safe when we checked out and thanks to the team my jewelry was found and returned to me. I specifically want to thank Marleen & Vanessa for helping me out. Marleen called me twice to notify when they found the jewelry and when they shipped it to me. I really appreciate your support and willingness to help your customers. You are the best! Thank you!

New York West Restaurant in the Embassy Suites
Jenisha went above and beyond in helping us navigate the menu for people with severe allergies. She was absolutely professional and extremely helpful. She is amazing.

Excellent
Because it is away from downtown, I could sleep well at night. The breakfast was substantial. If it's free, no complaints. I want to eat that omelet again. It was nice to be able to choose between cooking eggs yourself and choosing pre-made scrambled eggs depending on your mood.

- • For hotel guests, the breakfast venue is a bit small. Seats are fought over in the 8 o'clock hour. The pool might be a bit small. It's not a problem that the laundry costs $2.50, but you can only use quarters (10 coins needed), so it was a hassle to go to the front desk to exchange money each time. It's not related to the hotel, but for some reason, there were a lot of early morning flight passengers this time that I had never seen before, and it took time at TSA security, causing us to miss our scheduled flight. It's better to go to the airport before the airline counter opens. I arrived at the airport a little before the time the counter opens for the 6:20 departure (4:15), but I didn't make it. Last time (November) I made it with time to spare, but this time it didn't work out.

Our family really enjoyed the New York West food place. Our food was great, the staff were great. In particular, our waitress Jenisha, was wonderful. She was very helpful with general area suggestions, service was great, and she was a joy to talk to.
