- • Lady who checked us in was rude, when we raised issues with the room she was dismissive of our thoughts… the corridor stank of weed being smoked and she denied that she could smell it, despite it being very obvious! We’ve stayed here many times over the years including for our wedding 2 years ago, we were not made to feel valued at all and will stay elsewhere in future. Very disappointed.
