- • Our room had no bedside lamps, they were missing as it was newly refurbished. There were no labels on the privacy switch and so we did not know what it was for. Biggest issue was the shower, which flooded the bathroom floor and the tiles are like ice when that happens

- • The breakfast was good but lacked a variety of pies and cakes as would be appropriate in a 5-star hotel. Absurd to ask for a deposit of 500 pounds when the bill was already paid upon arrival. Never requested in any hotel in the world!!!
