Large hotel with nice views
The gym is fantastic. It is a very large hotel with lots of staff available. The room was very clean. The view was lovely (though of course you pay for it). The pool is suitable for swimming laps (not too warm), it also has a very nice hot tub

- • The air conditioning didn’t work properly - we were too hot overnight - although I didn’t bother telling the staff about it after we asked if we could get the TV changed to display English for the menus and they sent someone to our room just to tell us it couldn’t be done! You couldn’t access apps on the TV, and there was no option to pay to watch other content. The staff in the pool area were too vigilant - they felt unfriendly and kept watching you when you were in the pool and hot tub which was a bit off putting and didn’t have signs in English telling you what you were supposed to do (like not wearing your shoes if you were just looking at the pool). So even though it was a nice pool we didn’t use it much.
Luxurious hotel, good location, delicious breakfasts. Good restaurants on the hotel grounds. Friendly staff. Beautiful views. I recommend the hotel for staying in Seoul.
