Gentle, smart & noble!
Great location with easy access to downtown. The room design and amenities were sophisticated, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a peaceful stay. The breakfast was also excellent! The staff were also gentle!

Prime location and excellent service, but noise made it impossible for me to sleep.
The Park Hyatt Chicago has a fantastic location right on Michigan Avenue—very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city.

Good hotel
I overall liked the Park Hyatt Chicago. The lobby is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service and housekeeping are good. The gym, locker room, and pool area could use some renovation as they look a bit worn out.

Perfect weekend getaway
It was a perfect weekend in downtown Chicago. There are great restaurants nearby, the MCA is close by, and we enjoyed beautiful weather walking along the lake. The NoMi spa pool was perfect for my daily swims. The breakfast at NoMi is always excellent. The high-end hotel room needs no mention. The blanket, I must say... is warm yet very light. I loved it.

Loved our stay!
Fantastic location and within walking distance to everything!! The newly renovated rooms are amazing and modern. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and our room had a nice view of Lake Michigan too!! Ice bucket was filled and ready for us, and they even brought me a small refrigerator for my medications. Loved our stay here for our twin birthday, and the staff is very kind and helpful. They even surprised us with a birthday dessert!! Definitely coming back here next time we are in Chicago!!

In Chicago... it really doesn't get better than this...
The Park Hyatt Chicago is the absolute premier luxury property in Chicago. Having stayed at every property of this caliber in the city, I can truly say this is the best. The location is unparalleled with access to the Gold Coast, Michigan Avenue, shopping, food, art, sports, etc. AND THEIR ART COLLECTION. The team at Park Hyatt offers an incredible luxury experience without the stuffiness you may encounter at properties like the Langham and Peninsula. Proactivity is ingrained in their operation - anticipating any guest needs and addressing them flawlessly. Dining at NOMI is exceptional as well - top-quality food, warm and friendly service, and unmatched views. THE BAR!? You may not find a more well-appointed (ART, furniture, wine, beer, and liquor) bar in a Chicago hotel anywhere... and I'd argue you absolutely will not find a better-staffed bar in a Chicago hotel... or maybe any hotel... anywhere. The diversity of the clientele is one of the best parts of this property. Families, business travelers, and couples all find something to love at Park Hyatt. This is truly one of my favorite hotels all around, and, as you can tell... we'll be back. THANK YOU PARK HYATT

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating for us last minute on Valentine's Day. The hotel room was clean and nice.
