Upon arrival we were given tea and towels like a first class service on a plane. The staff were absolutely out of the world and the hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Will always stay here whenever I travel to London from here onwards

Turned a bad experience to a positive one
The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They tried to accommodate us whenever we faced difficulty during our extended stay due to Heathrow Airport incident.
