Amazing hotel in the great location
Very helpful staff! They made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Many thanks to concierge Daniel and others! Reception ppl are also very nice! Great location in the zone 1 near to underground station Gloucester Road which connects you everywhere. 30 min away from Hithrow airport.

Hôtel à 100m du métro avec des commerces au pied (supérette, restaurant et fast food). Nous avions pris les petits déjeuners (assez chers) mais Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à emporter facilement. Lits confortables et chambre familiale de taille correcte pour Londres avec 2 ados. Bien que l'hôtel soit récent et sans charme, le quartier est assez typique

- • Petit déjeuner anglais (chaud) est très complet et très correct. Cependant pour le sucré, un peu décevant au regard du prix (confitures industrielles), jus d'orange en poudre. Mais c'est un petit détail

Everyrhing was perfect, from kind receptionists, amazing looking hotel and amazing room, size, king size bed :) excellent position near glouchester road underground station, picadilli line, circle line and direct line to victoria, kings cross and oxford street

Very Good Location, but old Hotel
Location is great, all museums are at the corner. Service is great.

- • Hotel is very old, it is time for renovation. However all staff is very kind and servise is very good.
Room size - we got an upgrade. Close to tube station. Friendly and helpful concierge staff. Place makes one feel special.
