Upon our arrival at The Royal Lancaster, our whole experience started with a warm welcome from the concierge through to Mia Wong who was our Guest Relations Executive. Nothing was too much trouble and throughout our stay we were greeted with kindness and catered for, beyond our expectations. The Royal Lancaster is of a very high standard as was our incredible meals in the restaurants situated in the hotel. We will visit The Royal Lancaster again as it made such a positive impression and a very long lasting memorable event that we will remember for a very long time. Thank you to ALL the staff. We are looking forward to booking again soon.
