Excellent 5 star quality and hospitality
Exceptionally friendly, professional staff, who consistently went the extra mile. The room was lovely and comfortable. The catering options in the hotel - and breakfast - were wide ranging and excellent quality. Communication with/from the hotel in advance of the stay was informative and useful. The gardens on the 3rd floor were a lovely place to relax (the staff gave me access, as my room card didn’t include this floor). Being able to store luggage and use the common areas of the hotel until a late flight was a bonus. Will stay again when back in India.

- • The outdoor pool was closed on both days which was a shame. The concierge would have arranged transport to another local hotel.

Beautiful hotel where we’ve been treated like absolute royalty
We had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel. Throughout our short stay we’ve been completely spoilt! The housekeeping team and Shahen in particular have gone above and beyond - going so far as to arrange towel art in the room and checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The amenities are also wonderful, we’ve enjoyed the pool as well as the gym and the incredible breakfast buffet. I can’t recommend highly enough!
