- • Small balcony. Room Size not great. Personally dont like transparent bathroom wall, with family its awkward.
Beautiful hotel with amazing gastronomy.

- • Room was quite dated. Understand the heritage feel and was the reason why we booked it, but that doesn’t equate to electrics buzzing at night. There was no information on minibar prices in the room either. Really quite surprised to find marked prices on the wines, but we were charged over 1000INR more than labelled for each. This needs to be made clearer. Staff in the Raj Pavilion were not particularly attentive, and in some cases missed request information from us all. A request for a cup of chai took 10-15 minutes to receive whilst the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy: my wife had to leave to get ready because it took so long. Extra chai for me, but that wasn’t the point. At check in, our concierge was too quiet and we struggled to get a clear understanding of the facilities available and had to ask them to repeat a few times. On check out it took over 10 minutes to settle up and was overly complicated vs my expectation of modern hotels
