Big property in the middle of the town. Service and staff were top-notch and the property was spotless. There was a water outage while we were there. Food quality can be improved.

The resort is amazing! Loved the garden and the pools, so well maintained and relaxing. I used the spa and it was great, I was a bit harassed by a worker at the spa for a tip while leaving the spa and it did make me uncomfortable and ruined the zen I was feeling after my lovely massage. I left a small item in the room. I called and I was told nothing was found but then they called me back the same day to say they found it which is wonderful news. They said they will mail it to me and now we are waiting to get a shipping cost rate. I was a bit surprised they will be charging me for shipping a small item especially that it is a 5-star hotel! But I will be happy to receive it so I am keeping my fingers crossed - Other than that, beautiful spa, garden, pool, and the breakfast is delicious!! The staff also very nice.

We liked the location and common spaces of the facility. We found the staff professional and courteous. We equated the dinner buffet with an undergrad cafeteria from the 1990s. Not good. The rooms were so-so - clean and competent but nothing special. Overall, the property felt under-invested in the ways that one might tactically underinvest where one expects 90+% of its customers to only ever visit one time for one night.
