- • I checked into a room on Friday at 10:30 p.m., made the payment, and after almost 2 hours they said there were no rooms available and sent us to another nearby hotel, by the way, it was in Quito, curfew, and they did not provide transportation because of the curfew, which the police said did not authorize them to provide transportation. Thank God a guest who was going through the same thing as me took me to the hotel and we ended up resting in the other hotel almost at 2 a.m. It is worth mentioning that the reservation had been made more than 2 weeks in advance. The next day we returned WALKING from the other hotel. They said they would pick us up, but that never happened.

Exceeded expectations. I found the hotel very comfortable, good location, fair price, and excellent breakfast. At breakfast, there was even shrimp ceviche. I found it very tasty.
