- • This hotel is now a 2-3 star property!! The whole hotel is in need of a total renovation. The rooms are small & have the vanity unit outside the bathroom which is plain stupid. The AC unit is NERY noisy, the sliding door to the balcony you had to struggle to open it & the lighting was poor. The pool area is a disgrace! Towels that must be 10 years old, nowhere near enough umbrellas, mosaic pool tiles that haven't been replaced & staff with a "couldn't care less attitude" Give this hotel a WIDE berth!!

Outstanding views with excellent service
Stunning gorgeous ocean and diamondhead views from the balcony. Superb location, everything is closeby,dining,shops, etc. A very lively location.

- • The checking process, with 12-15 travellers, long waiting in line,, if you are behind 12 people. and 2 or 3 receptionist to check in. Each taking 5-7 minutes. The reception counters are quite dated, which is the first impression!!

- • Check in was a nightmare. Very crowded and busy everywhere all the time. Struggled to get on elevators at peak times. The room was nothing special for the money we paid. No proper shower in our room.
