Five Stars -- Exceptional Service in Extraordinary Circumstances

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv, and I can say without hesitation that the level of service I experienced was nothing short of exceptional. Given the ongoing realities on the ground in Israel due to the current U.S., Israel, and Iran war, with the uncertainty, stress, and disruptions that come with it, including frequent sirens and missile strikes, as well as an airport that is often limiting or closing departures, the professionalism and care shown by the entire staff stood out even more. These are not normal conditions, and yet the team continues to operate at the highest level. Every single staff member I encountered, from security to housekeeping, room service to the front desk, consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. I truly cannot say a single negative thing about my experience. Beyond the service, the hotel itself delivers across every category. The atmosphere is excellent, creating a calm and welcoming environment despite everything happening outside. The rooms are high quality, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with small details that go a long way. I especially appreciated the recessed lighting in the bathroom and the range of lighting options that allow you to adjust the mood exactly how you want. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest even during a stressful time. In terms of value, the hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the level of service and overall experience. Cleanliness is also outstanding, it truly could not be cleaner. Housekeeping goes above and beyond, even providing twice daily service with a form of turndown, which makes a noticeable difference. A special mention must go to the lounge staff, Anastasya, Adan, Grace, and Anna. They are outstanding. Anastasya and Adan in particular run the lounge with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that every guest feels seen, cared for, and looked after. It is clear they take immense pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. Grace and Anna are equally wonderful, always attentive, warm, and proactive in anticipating guests’ needs. What makes their effort even more meaningful is the context. Providing this level of service during calm, routine times is one thing. Delivering it when guests are stressed, not sleeping well, and navigating the realities of a country at war is something else entirely. The team adapts seamlessly, creating an environment that feels steady, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I would also like to highlight Anna and David at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. This hotel is doing something special. Not just providing hospitality, but creating a sense of calm and humanity when it is needed most. Highly recommend, and deeply grateful.

Best hotel in Tel Aviv!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property itself is excellent, with a prime beachfront location, well-appointed rooms, and a fantastic lounge that truly elevates the stay. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service in the Club Lounge. Anastasiya, in particular, went above and beyond throughout my stay. She was consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making every visit to the lounge feel personal and welcoming. Whether it was remembering my preferences, proactively offering assistance, or simply creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, her level of service was truly top-tier! The Club Lounge itself is a major highlight of the hotel, with great food offerings, a comfortable setting, and stunning views of the Mediterranean. But it’s team members like Anastasiya who really make the difference and turn a great hotel into a memorable experience. I would absolutely return to the Sheraton Tel Aviv and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with exceptional service.

Our stay was outstanding, in spite of the war and pared down staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Mary Ann in the lounge was a definite standout! She was always happy and so warm. The food was delicious and fresh. Room was tidy and well appointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Tel Aviv, and I wanted to specifically recognize the outstanding service provided by the team in the Club Lounge. Adan, Elena, and Maria truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the lounge feel like a home away from home. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out every single day. Adam consistently made sure everything was running smoothly and always took the time to check in and make sure guests had everything they needed. Elena brought incredible warmth and energy to the lounge, remembering preferences and greeting guests with a smile that immediately brightened the day. Maria was equally fantastic, ensuring the space was always perfectly maintained and making every guest feel valued and taken care of. The Sheraton Tel Aviv is already a fantastic property, but the true professionalism and hospitality shown by the team significantly elevated my stay . They are a real credit to the hotel and to Marriott. I look forward to returning.

I travel quite a bit, and the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv Club Lounge experience truly deserves recognition. From the moment I started using the lounge during my stay, the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the team made a real difference. A special thank you to Mazal who clearly runs the lounge with professionalism and heart. It’s obvious that the high standards there come from strong leadership. Mazal creates an atmosphere where guests feel welcome and taken care of, and the team reflects that. I also want to recognize several members of the staff who consistently went above and beyond: Elena, Maria, Adam, Anna, Anastasiya, Mary Ann, Zenaida, Marilyn, Grace, and Alex. Each of them was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Whether it was remembering small preferences, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile, they made the lounge feel less like a hotel amenity and more like a place you actually look forward to visiting during the day. The lounge itself is excellent — great views of the Mediterranean, a relaxed atmosphere, and a very well-presented breakfast, day offerings, and dinner. But what really makes it special is the people. Their service is personal, professional, and consistently thoughtful. If you’re staying at the Sheraton Tel Aviv, having access to the Grand Club Lounge is absolutely worth it. The team there turns an already great hotel stay into something memorable. Five stars without hesitation.
