Exceptional Stay as always
Exceptional stay. Large rooms with comfy beds. Professional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of good food. This is our second stay and will always select the Sheraton when in Lima.

The breakfasts were excellent, the great variety of them on the 2nd floor, and the quality of those on the 18th floor.

- • It's not that I didn't like it, but we paid for the upgrade to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the 18th floor, and the truth is that at certain times the products were scarce, and there wasn't much replenishment of them. Although the quality was excellent, the variety and replenishment were not so immediate, even a guest went around 12 and there was nothing, and I didn't hear the person in charge tell him to wait a few minutes because something additional would be prepared, so the guest only took an apple and left with a face of annoyance/disappointment.
The Sheraton Hotel exceeded my expectations, I really liked the room and bathroom.
The hotel's location is very good. We took some walks around the city center on foot. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We chose without breakfast.

- • The hotel bar could be better, we had a drink that wasn't very good, we expected more from the bar. The portions were also quite limited.
We stay at the Sheraton when we go to Lima - always be back.
Great Location in the center of the city. Great service at all levels (check-in, valet, restaurant, etc). Great rooms - very comfortable. The breakfast was famous.
