Our room had plumbing issues, and the front desk did not explain things when we checked in. The valet service was great and always available. Rooms were clean. The food was good but expensive with a limited selection.

I booked an ocean view, but the room assigned to me was 20% ocean and 80% the front of the property entrance. The sleep was disappointing as I could hear the music from the Bungalow even with the door closed. Breakfast ordered to the room was cold, hardly touched. Due to the fact I had a flight to catch, I couldn’t be bothered asking them to resend as I didn’t have time.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, courteous, and caring beyond our comfort. The spa was amazing! The evening live piano was fantastic! We didn’t get a chance to make it to the pool, but we could see how beautiful it was from our room. We could see Malibu from our balcony as well. We loved our stay, and we will be back soon! Thank you to all the staff in the hotel and valet.

I was very happy to have received an upgrade to an ocean view room and to have $84 in food and drink credit. It was awesome, and the staff was so friendly at all hours of the day/night. We will be back!
