- • We stayed on the 3rd floor and found it to be consistently hotter than our friends floors who were on the 1st and 2nd. Heat rises of course, but the AC couldn’t keep up. We still loved our room though.
Great family experience- just ate outside the resort several times for better food.

Best resort ever
We went here for our honeymoon and had the absolute best time ever! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! They are so attentive! The food is absolutely incredible! My husband has celiac disease so we were worried about cross contamination and food options, but they were SOO accommodating to his allergy! They had plenty of gluten free options and substitutes. He was able to eat much more than we thought he would! The whole resort was so cleanly and cozy! It was so fun being right by the cruise ship port and walking around the town! I would 100% recommend Cozumel palace!

- • According to Booking, we booked a room with a sea view but received a room with a view of another large balcony that only sees the sea behind it. When we tried to understand the matter and asked them to move us, they had no solution for us
Amazing hotel and location
Fabulous service and attention to detail. Friendly staff go out of their way to help you. Immaculately clean. Restaurants, delicious food. Elder in Momo (Japanese restaurant) really lovely young man - very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, can’t fault it. Hope we can stay again some day.

What a wonderful luxurious resort! Our family enjoyed this beautiful paradise! Our first time to stay in a Palace Resort but won’t be the last for sure. Such a very nice and safe place for children! My son enjoyed the Karaoke night. 👍🏼👍🏼 The food in restaurants are scrumptious and the servers are attentive and friendly. The coffee shop is inviting! The snorkelling trips were super cool. Going to El Cielo was divine seeing starfish and sting rays. The spa is heavenly! It’s a smaller resort but packs a punch! Thank you to everyone at Cozumel Palace for making our stay a memorable one. Hats off to the staff!

Lourdes and Yara gave my wife and I great massages. The scuba with Walter was amazing as usual. Always nice to come back.
