Highly recommended! Looks better in person, very friendly staff, great food, clean and luxurious. The only negative part is they take a deposit of 1000 TBH per night and the lighting at night in the room is non existent, can hardly see anything, otherwise it’s worth staying here.

The room was a smoking one even though the guest requested a on-smoking room and it smelled really bad. The service personnel were rude.

Liked property location close to busy areas but far enough away from craziness. Limited bar and restaurants. Soundproof it is not could hear road noise from 18th floor. Also could hear music from room next door.

excellent staff. especially front desk staff (Pang was outstanding and she was extremely helpful)..you need to use your room key to operate the elevators going up..the smoking area is very close to the front doors which i like

Loved the staff. Everyone was so kind. However, my room was a little rundown. I would return and just request a nicer room. :)
