Very comfortable good bed and nice surroundings.
Staff were outstanding and the facilities were good. The Ukrainian concierge was very good, also the Filipino staff member on the front desk. They helped us with heavy bags and smiled all the time.

Top-class hotel!
We stay here almost every year for our anniversary, and it just gets better and better. On this occasion, we found the front of house team outstanding, very attentive, and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. We left well-rested. The bartender in the restaurant was fabulous also, a very kind and genuine person.

- • The menu in the basement restaurant could have more options, and also fresh baked bread rolls at breakfast would have been amazing!
It was a pleasant stay overall. We stayed 4 days for holidays and sightseeing.
