The hotel was in a perfect location and was serviced perfectly by taxis. The breakfast was worth every cent. The rooms was very comfortable and clean, with everything that was required for our stay. Would definitely return again.

- • I've tried to contact you via booking.com but no response. I stayed on 18-20 March. On arrival I upgraded my room to be with my friends in the Valley Wing. I was advised this would cost $60SD per night. I have since been charged almost $400 on my credit card. The original accommodation was prepaid via booking.com Please explain.

- • We stayed in the garden wing in a suite with a hot tub. Unfortunately we had to have staff out every day to change the water and reset the temperature control which was very frustrating as we couldn't always use it when we wanted to.
High end service
High end service, horizon club has a nice early evening food selection, breakfast could be improved.

- • If you like your 5 star hotels to be impersonal, breakfast to be chaotic with tons of small kids running around screaming, the staff to be competent but not welcoming, in a pretty soulless building then this is the place for you. If you prefer a better designed, calm, better located hotel with nicer more welcoming staff, do about the same price then go to Park Royal Marina Bay or no doubt many others.
Beautiful time
Beautiful staff and lovely hotel, everything we needed and more. Even when we rang and asked for some extras for the kids they were very accommodating. Really recommend them.
