The bed was very comfortable, the shower was very good, the breakfast had many things to choose from and above all the location was very central

View was good. The location is great especially for travelers visiting Stockholm. Walking distance to all major sightseeing and only seconds away from the ferry which will take you to the archipelago.

- • The check-in experience was quite unpleasant. I had to wait longer than expected, and the overall communication during the process felt poor. The staff member’s body language, tone, and manner of speaking came across as patronizing, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I completely understand and respect policies, such as requiring to present with passports; and I would have been perfectly fine if I had been politely asked to wait until my husband showed up with passports. (We live in Stockholm and I had forgotten the passports) In fact, I appreciate that I was ultimately allowed to check in. However, the way the situation was handled and the overall conversation made me feel very unwelcome, to the point where I would have preferred not to check in at all. In addition, although the room had a good view, it was very noisy. Given how noticeable the noise already was, I can only imagine how disruptive it might be during June, when high school graduates celebrate across the city and on boats.
