- • Air conditioning struggled to get the room below 70 degrees. We like to sleep in a colder room, so that was pretty stuffy for us. The room does have some small windows that open, so we were able to get the room cooler that way, but in the summer that wouldn’t help you much.
Best stay we had in a long time. Staff are absolutely amazing, no matter in what department.

- • Nothing I did not like. The rooms are a little older but incredibly clean so that did not bother us a bit.
Perfect place to stay for first time in Korea.
The service was exceptional. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very convenient to the markets.

- • The breakfast at Aria was very overpriced and underwhelming. It was the worst breakfast of our 3-week trip to Asia. The selection of fruit was sorely lacking and it was really disappointing for $46 USD. The juices were weird flavors. The food, especially the western breakfast, was poor quality and didn’t taste good.
The location is fantastic, with coffee shops and convenience stores just opposite. Service was good, and room cleaning service was on point every single day. Checking in was a breeze and staff who brought us to our room was incredibly helpful explaining the different functions in the room. Extremely thankful to the reception staff who managed to give us a room earlier.
