- • If I had to say something negative, I would say that it is not very close to the center. But since the metro is literally next to it, I don't see it as a bad thing.
The ease of getting to any part of the city, the very quiet and safe area, the clean and very comfortable room.

- • The room I got looked great in photos, but being there, the walls had stains, the bed was broken (a plank that supports the grill that in turn supports the mattress) and this made it uncomfortable, when I turned on the tap for the first time, the water came out yellowish. I didn't even stay one night, it is true that the owner offered me the option to change rooms, but I had already gone to a hotel.
Perfect stay!
The location. Quiet area with transportation nearby to go anywhere. The owner responds quickly and solves everything very efficiently. We were able to leave our luggage until the afternoon when we had our flight. So we could enjoy the day and walk around peacefully.

- • There was mold in the shower and continuous noise when turning on the bathroom light. There were few hangers to hang clothes and had to put them on some kind of shelves. But for a short stay, it is a very good accommodation.
