- • The staff did not provide comfort to clients during my stay, especially the staff at the main entrance who need to be more professional.
The Legacy House at Rosewood Hong Kong offers a very poor service level.
The staff is unprofessional and unable to provide adequate reservations and menus at The Legacy House Hong Kong. They choose the wrong menu, change the timing of reservations, and give guests a horrible experience. It is better to book at more professional venues than this overrated hotel group. The Rosewood group has a very disrespectful attitude towards guests and only tries to optimize its profits without compensating guests for mistakes by the hotel.

Underwhelming experience with lackluster service.
My husband and I booked to eat at Holts Cafe for dinner. The food was delicious, but the experience was marred by the dishes being served 20 minutes apart from each other (we ordered 5 dishes). It was an uncomfortable wait as we were hungry, and my husband waited until my meal arrived before we started to eat. We then decided to buy some chocolate on the way out. There was one lady at the till talking on the phone, and when she saw us, she turned her back on us. I had to stop a young man walking past and ask him if the shop was closed. He then proceeded to serve us. Very pleasant service from him. I was disappointed with the service and atmosphere overall. It was uncomfortable. All we wanted was a quiet and relaxed meal without the stress of waiting for the dishes to arrive and then being ignored at the chocolatier.

Great lunch with my daughter and son
Hadn't been back for years and realized, gosh, I have been missing out. Extensive menu with both Chinese and Western absolute delights. Sensational service. Want to go back to try other things even though we did not expect many menu items, there were a lot more that we did not get a chance to taste. So we will go back quite soon.

The Legacy House is one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've eaten at in Hong Kong (and that's saying a lot).
The food at the Legacy House was by far the best "Chinese" dim sum type food I've eaten in Hong Kong. The staff was service-oriented and did their best to accommodate any of our requests.
