Hapimag Resort Amsterdam

The property is centrally located and staff were very helpful. However, the room we were given did not resemble the photo at all. We had 8-10 stairs to drag our suitcases up, the towels were thread bare and they charged us for a 2nd towel, and the room was poorly lit with no soap or tissue.

First-class location directly on the canal. Check-in was a bit cumbersome, but friendly. The price-performance ratio for Amsterdam is good.

Everything was great except nobody was at the front lobby.

Great location just a few blocks from train station with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Fully equipped in-room kitchen. Comfy bed/pillows. Elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

Cozy rooms, average service

The hotel is near the central station. The room is cozy with a kitchen in it, so guests could cook in the room during the stay. However, service is just average, the concierge opens only from 07:00-19:30 (if I remember it correctly), so there is no 24/7 front desk service. Also, I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights but there was no housekeeping service during the period.

Acceptable hotel. Very good location (the best without a doubt). Comfortable room, not very clean (leftover food stuck to the table from previous guests). Two nights of stay and they did not even come to the room to refill the personal hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper)... they left only 1 of each for two people at the beginning of the stay...

Good location. Elevator still under construction, room on the top floor.

Really good location. Walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. You don't get much for the price, but a nice room overall and friendly staff. I would gladly stay here again
