- • Hard uncomfortable mattress, very noisy because of poor soundproofing, dirty everywhere especially the bathroom is incredibly dirty, absolutely basic

Stairs and inconvenience without an elevator

- • Climbing up the stairs. If you live on the 4th level - and you need to get something from your luggage, then it's very difficult as you have to go up and down.

The double rooms were an okay size and the lockers were a good size to fit bags in. Location was great, right on Arab street and public transport was easy too. Easy check-in and checkout process.
