The location/view simply unbeatable
The location is unique and puts any shortcomings in the background. Contact beforehand and in case of small problems very good and very friendly. Solution-oriented. Good and new windows, soundproofed. Large bed, well-made, relatively soft. Everything clean and mostly in good condition. Toilet paper and towels top quality. Everything you need in an apartment is available. Furniture and equipment good, medium standard, IKEA. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Door closer with code works perfectly. Information material available.

- • Maybe renew the bathroom furniture. It would be nice to have a lockable bathroom door. Provide small things: water bottle in the fridge. Initial supply for coffee.
Perfect location and views of Sagrada. Excellent staff and restaurant (Artur) next door.

- • Smell from the bathroom but I don’t think there is anything they can do about it.
Spacious apartment in the very center with a beautiful view of Sagrada, and a great viewing terrace. Very good location. I recommend.

- • There was no elevator, but it wasn't that much of a problem.
View restaurant
Seeing Sagrada Familia Cathedral from the living room is the most satisfying. I would stay at this hotel just for the view.

- • Cleaning is dedicated to guests (you have to clean up and do the dishes when checking out), check-out at 10 a.m., no drinking water provided when staying, cannot walk around with white socks on the dirty floor, Bath not cleaned so water comes out dirty, no elevator makes it very difficult for guests on high floors. Overall, the cleaning is poor.
