- • There were no bowls in the kitchen to make a salad in and I went and asked and they also didn't have any in the bigger kitchen.

- • The shower door was broken, the microwave was very rusted & not nice, the light at the front door did not work either, we battled to see the locks at night at the front door,

- • NO HAIRDRYER NO FRESH MILK FOR COFFEE OR MAYBE A RUSK OR COOKIE CHEAP COFFEE AND THE GLASS JAR WITH THE POWER MILK IN WAS STICKY OF A STICKER THAT WAS PULL OFF
Had terrible neighbours next to my room who made noise until 03:30 in the morning.
The Hostess, Sterna really went out of her way to accommodate me and my request to not share a bathroom. The room was all good and it was comfortable. I have no complaints about the room.

- • All the rooms are right next to each other and it is a a shared space. Unfortunately for me, the Saturday, a younger couple booked the room next to mine and they probably decided to bring extra friends. You were able to hear everything, they made noise until 03:00-03:30 in the morning. They did not care if there were other guest around them. It was not pleasant. I assume the though because there is a shared lounge they can proceed to make a noise. And even bring extra guests.
Communication was good with owner... My children enjoyed the top room. Parking was good. Area was not you bad..abit noisy at times cause of road leading to shops.

- • The utilities not good kitchen not in a good state. Couldn't cook in pans very bad. Even workers when they come in noisy sitting around..not cleaning the way they should...I think owner need to check up on them abit..some dead stuff in cupboards ..doors need some oil We were with more ppl in the house it seem they they permanently there ..because of so much noise when in kitchen...even us sharing a bathroom can be abit sticky when u need to wait until the permanently one is done. I think it must be communicated that there are more ppl in house sharing. Mabe sum upgrade will help !!!!!
