The entrance to this hotel is through the parking lot, which is quite odd. The room is extremely small, and considering the price (close to 500), it’s definitely not worth it. There is a much larger hotel right next door for just over 200. I really don’t understand how this place got such a high rating on Booking.

Close to the beach, good staff, good food, and a beautiful view, I can recommend it to everyone!

The service at the hotel is outstanding !!!
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff (especially Syaz and Fitri) were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect 👌 thank you for bday cake guys! The room was spotless, spacious, very comfortable and with an amazing view. The location was great, in the middle of Santosa, close to shops, restaurants and Universal Studios. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
