- • We had one 8years old staying for free but we had to pay an upgrade to have a sofa changed into bed for her. We asked for twin beds setup, but we never had it done. We tried calling all numbers from the room and it took us 4 calls to reception to have someone to ask for a third towel since we paid for the upgrade for 3 and had only 2. And outside the hotel we tried calling 8 times and no one picking up!! Elevator not working well either. You select your floor but after the first stop it goes down to reception again instead of continuing going up to your floor!

- • 房間較小，淋浴間是用拉簾易濺水出來 房間設備感覺有點舊 房間冷氣風扇只有三種風段，沒辦法貼合需求 早上就寄放行李了，到了下午要入住時，行李還在大門外的寄放區域，要主動跟服務生說才會送到房間 附近沒什麼餐廳可以吃飯
Great Location, lovely pool
Location was perfect. Walking distance from almost everything and super close to the island bus stops. Pool was stunning with a great view. Front desk concierge were lovely, especially Diva who was always willing to help

- • Rooms were quite small. Coffee and tea weren’t supplied in the rooms, they were located next to the elevators. The safe box wasn’t attached to the cupboard which defeats the purpose of a safe. Hotel definitely catered more to families with children, adults only hotel next door
