- • Very noisy, because of the cars on the street, I wanted to extend my stay and they wanted to charge me more per day than what I paid for 3 nights. I went to another place, of course, the apartment is not new, it has humidity in the closets and on the wall. It's actually an aparthotel.
Great apartment! Lucia was very accommodating, gave restaurant tips, and responded very quickly to questions. She is really top-notch!

Perfect stay in CABA
Everything was perfect, from the staff's treatment to the apartment, including a good breakfast every day. The apartment was great, spacious and very comfortable, with everything needed for a few days, even with a small outdoor balcony that surprised us. Cleaning was top-notch, as well as the common areas of the building and the pool. The bed was excellent and the bathroom had a great shower after a day of walking. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, they even left us a bottle of water and coffee capsules. I would definitely stay at this accommodation again. The breakfast place was a 2-minute walk away, the guy was super attentive and everything was delicious. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants, shops, places to have a drink... Walking around the neighborhood during the day and at night is a luxury, with a lively and safe atmosphere. We used the laundry one day and it was also very good, easy and economical. The entry system is simple and fast, as well as 24-hour security. If you had any questions, the girls helped you via WhatsApp right away and in detail. Thank you!!! Lucia and Nahir were lovely with us, and the reception guy who kept our luggage was great! (I think his name was Rubén) We didn't want to leave, hopefully we can come back soon!

The hosts made the check-in very easy despite arriving much earlier than planned. Very good treatment and kindness, the apartment was well maintained and clean. 100% recommended.

Great host, safe location, and good value for money.
The host, Lucia, was exceptional. She was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided all the necessary information in advance, replied very quickly whenever I reached out, and went above and beyond with small but thoughtful touches like lending me a travel adapter and even providing an umbrella when it was raining. The apartment itself is in Palermo, which felt like a very safe and pleasant area. It’s modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the electronic access system, which made the place feel secure and convenient.

- • The only minor point is that the apartment is not completely brand new anymore, and there are some small signs of wear. However, this didn’t impact my stay in any meaningful way.

- • The kitchen equipment could be better. The payment process is complicated. It doesn't work with 3D Secure secured credit cards.

- • When searching on Booking to rent, I filtered for a place with a garage and this apartment appeared, when in reality it did NOT have a garage. Once I made the reservation, I read a condition that said there is parking nearby to rent separately. I left my Toyota SW4 van at the building's door and it was stolen.
