- • It might not bother some but we had 2 issues. 1 We needed another pillow which they said they do not supply and offered towels instead. 2 the extractor fan in the bathroom was on 24x7. We thought we were doing something wrong with the switch and asked how do we turn it off but they said we can't it stays on all the time - not good for light sleepers!
