Relaxing, chilling and feeling at home

The staff. So helpful, friendly, attentive. This hotel owes a lot to its staff. That is why I give a higher score than the hotel deserves in terms of facilities.

- • No fridge, no cold drinks in the evening or night. Also, you could not keep food that you actually wanted to save by putting it in the fridge, had to throw it away. Bathroom space not maintained, shower head came off the tile wall with screws. Sink drain was clogged, tiles and grout etc. need replacement. Rooftop floor and pool have not been maintained for years. Nails were sticking out of the floor. Air conditioning works well, however, filters were never replaced. They were full of dust, leading to coughing. Food and drinks are expensive, 3 to 5 times more expensive than supermarket or local currency. It wouldn't be a problem if the facilities were up to date, that's why I mention it. Invest in this hotel!

Three weeks of calm relaxation in nice surroundings
The Taman is perfectly located on the Senggigi strip, close to all the facilities and nightlife. It has a delightful garden restaurant and bar and a varied quality menu. There is a rooftop pool which is great to relax by. Staff are delightful and helpful
