Characteristic and quiet
The location is convenient for visiting the whole city, not very central and quite quiet in terms of safety. Bus stop to Mondello 10 minutes walk from the property. For those arriving by plane, a few steps from the metropolitan train stop that goes back and forth from Punta Raisi.

- • So, I had read the reviews that were not so good and I confirm that it is suitable for those who use it only as a base for sleeping (with heavy sleep) and are out all day. It is not very clean, small and bare room, narrow bathroom without support points. I overlook the nighttime noise because wherever you stay in Palermo, unless you are in a bunker with soundproof windows (but good!), there is a lot of chaos and traffic noise. I imagine in summer with the windows open... but this is also the beauty of this city. However, it is a pity that even the walls separating one room from another are as thin as tissue paper, and it feels like being in the other's room, so TV, chatter, and snoring are all amplified. I didn't sleep a wink, I have to admit.
Comfortable and nice. If I were to return to Palermo, I would like to stay here again.
The location is excellent for reaching the center by public transport and on foot. The room is always clean and the staff is kind and helpful.

- • Cold room. People speak too loudly even during hours when it would not be allowed.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. We received very good recommendations, check-in was very smooth.
