On one side of the hotel there are construction works. We received a free upgrade to a beautiful, quiet oceanview room. The staff is particularly friendly and most speak good English. After 3 weeks in Vietnam, we have not encountered a friendlier and more competent receptionist than Mr. Vu. The breakfast buffet is very good.

- • The gym has enough barbells and dumbbells, but hardly any machines.
We would gladly return here.
The staff were extremely kind, especially Athina. They pampered us with numerous extra gifts, gifted us afternoon tea, offered a huge selection for breakfast, and even had a sauna in the spa area. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed.😊

First of all, starting with Athena and all the front desk staff, they were very polite in their responses, even though my English is poor, I could spend my time with peace of mind. Thank you very much! The view of the sea from the room is also excellent. You can easily go to the beach. The interior is as lovely as shown in the hotel photos. The breakfast is very fulfilling. There were welcome fruits in the room, as well as a full-fledged afternoon tea service, allowing you to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. Initially, we planned to stay for 2 nights, but it was so good that we extended our stay.

- • There is nothing. In other hotels, depending on the time of day, the water was lukewarm, or there were troubles such as water leaking from the bathtub drain into the bathroom, but here there were no issues at all. The Wi-Fi is also fine.
Not recommended, does not give a good image of Vietnam for me

Great location for the beach and restaurants/bars. Lovely pool. Clean, comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and polite. Wide range of breakfast options.
