Lovely place and attentive staff
Place with great location, comfortable, clean, beautiful and with a very attentive staff to details. As soon as I arrived, they explained to me about the Glaciers and when I left, they helped me with a taxi.

A perfect place to stay. The location was ideal but the best thing were the people - who were so kind and friendly. Everything was perfect for our 3 day stay in El Calafate. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience at this smaller, boutique hotel. Staff (Mattias, Mariano) were super helpful and very friendly. They were the star of the show. Very personable down to our names written on our little room sign.

- • Rooms were a little on the smaller size, but again this is a smaller boutique hotel and we were coming from a larger hotel/room, to be fair. Still very nice experience.
Very enjoyable stay
Good location slightly away from the main street, clean hotel, shared areas and room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, cheerful staff.

Great breakfast, very accommodating and friendly staff. They upgraded my room for free and were so willing to help with anything!

Friendly staff, nice and quiet location.
They were very nice with us to help us to get a baby bathtub, since the bathrooms don’t have a tub—or at least the room we stayed in didn’t. The place is quite new, so everything is spotless and in great condition.
