I want to go back to Hangzhou to stay here again.
The location, the lobby and the rooms were phenomenal. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the 5 star hotels. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

- • Some rooms smelled after cigarettes but they had no problem to change the room for us.
The hotel is not worth the money, it is already evident that the hotel is outdated.
