The room was amazing with very touch on decoration of the room. Bath room has an awesome view. I’ll definitely come back again.

This is the best hotel.
Everything was great. The room was really spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The view overlooking the Chen River was truly the best. Moreover, there is Hamashen and Haiti right below in the shopping mall, and there are also Kote Coffee and many restaurants. Across the street, there is also MixC Mall, so it was very enjoyable. If I come back to Hangzhou, I will definitely stay at Conrad Hotel again.

Great experience
Tammy the receptionist was amazingly helpful and tracked down some lost property. Modern clean and lovely design. This is now my go-to hotel in Hangzhou.
