The view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful and the outdoor spaces are pleasant. Unfortunately, this is the only real positive point we remember from our stay.

- • Our stay started very badly. We had booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite with an ocean view and a King Size bed. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only a partial view of the ocean and a 160 cm bed, which did not match our Booking reservation. After reporting the problem, the reception sent housekeeping, which did not provide any solution. We waited for over an hour without any feedback before going back to the reception, where we had to wait a long time again. In total, it took nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes to finally get the reserved room, even though we had paid €320 per night. As compensation, we were given a simple voucher for two drinks, which is very insufficient considering the damage suffered. For two days, it was also impossible for us to exchange money at the hotel. The spa is fully paid (around €30 per person per hour), which reinforces the feeling that everything is charged as an extra. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the manager we finally met. Instead of apologizing, he implied that this type of situation was normal and that the rooms were 'not so expensive' for the services offered. We had just come from a Relais & Châteaux in Fes, in a similar price range, where the level of service was incomparable. Here, we felt more like we were in a mass tourism resort than in a Hilton establishment. If you are looking for Moroccan hospitality and a truly high-end service, we recommend you look elsewhere.
