- • Value for money. The curtain in the room was torn, allowing light to enter too early. Noisy room due to wind, no complete sound insulation. Very poor breakfast.

- • No bidet, TV streaming on Samsung TV difficult. Restaurant only open in the evenings by reservation or buffet. Missing a snack bar if you don't want to eat in the room. In the lobby/Starbucks, there are only sweets

- • The spa, not really professional at the reception, delays, nonchalance, answering the phone while the client waits... Not everyone knows how to use the POS, I was surprised. The hair salon was not great, kindness was there but the service. Not great...
