Fake Novotel? Zero service
Nice new business hotel with very nice new rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff and no smiles. There are no decent restaurants in the hotel or the area as the district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more.

Spacious and new, service could be improved
The room is large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Staff training should be improved to provide better service. For example, our group of friends stayed there for 2 nights, and our four rooms were scattered on different floors. Some were provided with breakfast coupons, but some were not. It is good that the toilet and shower are separate, but it would be better to have a curtain to block out the glass doors of the toilet and shower. The restaurant during breakfast time was very noisy, with Chinese people speaking loudly and crossing over tables, which can be annoying to foreigners. I understand it is out of the hotel's control, but I hope they can make some notes or reminders for Chinese guests.
