If you just need a place to sleep, this provides a roof over your head that's all this place offered
The only positive aspect of Lotus Resort was the view, which was genuinely enjoyable. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing.

- • We booked Lotus Resort expecting a high-end “resort and penthouse” stay, but the experience did not match either the listing or the price. The property is presented as a resort, however it is essentially a standard apartment with no actual resort facilities or services. On arrival, we also found that basic Airbnb essentials were not adequately provided. The kitchen lacked proper equipment, and essential bathroom items were either missing or insufficient, which made the stay uncomfortable and impractical. Considering the cost and how the property is advertised, the standard of amenities provided is disappointing and does not meet reasonable expectations.
Would definitely stay again.
The spacious layout, good location and great views. Comfortable beds. It was very clean. The kitchen was great. Excellent security. Excellent communication with staff. They also offered for us to keep our bags onsite after check out when waiting for our flight.

- • For such a large apartment that accommodates for 8 people the supplies were quite limited or not supplied. It would have been nice if tissues and milk were supplied. More tea towels, towels, more tea, coffee and toilet paper would also have been appreciated. When paying a large amount and staying for four nights, we would have expected this.

Great central location for visiting the Gold Coast, just outside of Surfers Paradise. Apartment size exceeded our expectations for a larger group. Very easy check-in process.

- • We did expect a few more staples in the kitchen to use but did go down to the local shops when needed. Dishes and cutlery could have been cleaner but overall ok.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this stunning serviced apartment in Surfers Paradise for 12 wonderful days, it set a new standard for our travels in apartments. From the moment we arrived, the location completely sold us initially. The expansive balcony offered breathtaking views across the water to the city skyline. We spent most mornings and evenings there, enjoying the beautiful views of the Gold Coast. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. With four generous bedrooms and more notably four bathrooms, it accommodated our group comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home, open-plan living areas making perfect space to unwind and giving a very indoor outdoor vibe having expansive opening sliding doors for the perfect social space for our group. Host Seven was outstanding. Their communication was prompt and helpful from booking through to checkout, making the entire experience seamless. The building facilities, including the pool, added that extra layer of luxury we didn't expect but thoroughly enjoyed. This property delivers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable location. We genuinely did not want to leave at the end of our 12 days. If you're considering a stay in Surfers Paradise, especially for a family or group, this apartment comes with our highest possible recommendation. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the Gold Coast.

Walking out of the lift into your own gorgeous foyer then around to the equally gorgeous kitchen/living was very cool. Beautiful apartment (level 4) 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom suited our group of 8. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space. Walking distance to local shops & Surfers Paradise

- • Bare minimum kitchen supplies, cutlery & crockery 8 of everything which meant washing up 3 times a day. No accessories e.g. serving platters, salad bowls etc 4th bedroom no clothes storage
