Exceptional hotel and staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Breakfast was amazing. Selection was great! Had dinner at the Peninsula twice and twice the food and service were exceptional. The grounds were exquisite. We absolutely loved the pool villa! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for making our trip the wonderful experience it was.

A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, although the room view could have been better.
Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were respectful, polite, and professional. Everyone seemed to be doing their best to provide good service, which I really appreciated.

- • The main thing I was disappointed with was the view from my room. I changed rooms on the second day, but unfortunately, the view from the new room was still not what I had hoped for. Considering the quality and location of the hotel, I expected a better room view.

- • For those with children, they enjoy it, but otherwise, it's expensive more than what is available. There is only one pool and it's crowded, people enter from outside the hotel and make noise, and they push you around for no reason. The concierge is not helpful at all, he has no information... and there is no place to sit and have coffee, and the only cafe opens at 6 in the evening and it's very far from the center.
