- • There was no cleanliness during our 3-day stay. Also, in the ground floor rooms, noise can be heard from the breakfast room.

Lovely little hotel that could use a service upgrade.
The design and space of the room was very lovely - we enjoyed having the sitting room and the balcony. The location was also pretty nice, although 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro and about a 15-20 minute walk from a more lively area. The AC worked great and on TV we could watch the World Cup matches so we were quite happy with all of that. The bed was also very comfortable! We enjoyed the place and would stay again for sure, but there were a couple of things we wished were different.

- • We learned that there was no cleaning each morning, which was manageable for the 4 days 3 nights we were there, but not great. We were instructed to put toilet paper in the trash bin and not flush it, which we ignored when we realized there wouldn't be cleaning because we didn't want to create a smell. The other annoying thing was that without cleaning, we didn't get more coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine and so we had them on the first morning but then obviously not the other mornings. We went down to the breakfast to get coffee, but it sadly was not good at all. There was also quite some noise with construction in the morning and then neighbors singing in their garden until 3am. This is not the hotel's fault, and we used our noise cancelling airpods but yeah...not ideal.
An underwhelming experience.
Neighbourhood has good energy albeit first impressions may indicate otherwise.

- • Our Apartment 101 was on the ground floor - you hear every entry and exit and every breakfast prep noise from an early hour - including music. Breakfast was underwhelming as was the staff member serving - on her phone, disinterested…
