While waiting in the lobby for check-in, a bell boy came over conspicuously to help us store our luggage (as it was not yet check-in time), deserving a praise. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, not sure if it was due to the hotel's slow computer system?

No problem with the hotel, but there was an issue when placing the order for the hotel.
The facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, the comfort level is high, and the front desk is excellent.
